According to a report of Manila Bulletin, the incident happened in Lishiui, China’s Zhejiang province. The video was uploaded on October 31 and was shared by Facebook Filipino Vines.
The report said that the footage was recorded by CCTV News that was reportedly filmed during rush hour. The video shows that the boy was in the middle of the road riding in his toy car.
He then moves into the middle of the road and starts going down the center of the road towards oncoming traffic.
A number of vehicles tried their best to ensure that they will not hit the boy. But it can also be seen that not one of the drivers bothered to stop to put the kid out of the danger.
