Dubbed MRT Man Identified
MRT Man Identified – The man in the photo that went viral posted by ‘MRT Girl’ Karla Monique Olandesca that gained criticism to from netizens now identified as a certain Aldrin Ryan Alcon, MRT Man.
In the post Olandesca, she described the young man, dubbed as MRT Man, to be ‘ungentleman’ as the Alcon didn’t let Olandesca have a sit while they are in MRT.
MRT Girl also said that the man’s attitude fits the facial features of the young man, saying that the man’s attitude was as ‘ugly’ as his face.

Her post then gained criticism regarding from thousands of netizens who have said that the young man doesn’t need to let her sit in the train as he might also needs to sit.
Meanwhile, the young man was identified as Aldrin Ryan Alcon by some people who knew him in Facebook.
In a screengrab, it shows that Aldrin was actually a working student who also travels to reach the firm he is doing his on-the-job-training (OJT) during the night. Even one of Aldrin’s friends, Andrea Gonzales identified him.
Instead of saying other things against the ‘MRT Girl’, Aldrin apologized on what happened in the MRT train saying:
“Sorry po ate karla monique olandesca kung hindi ko kayo pinaupo sa MRT sa totoo po nyan pagod na po ako pagtapos ng work byahe po ako papunta school nag MMRT ako para di ma late sorry po talaga :'(”
[Sorry, Karla Monique Olandesca if I failed to let you sit in the MRT. The truth is, I’m already tired after work, riding the MRT going to school to avoid being late. I’m really sorry.]
But, it turns out that the said apology didn’t actually came the real account of Aldrin one of his photos is proved to be just uploaded on August 11, 2016, and was just changed to April 17, 2013.
This is used to trick user to make these photos appear like they are uploaded before.
Now, there are many people who really believed that the apology is real.
