A delivery man from online shop Lazada was caught on CCTV camera as how he delivered the fragile item to the house of the customer.
Purchasing an item was made easy in this modern time as online shopping was created and there are already quite a number of online shops which can cater to every need of the customer just like Lazada.
However, there is one customer of the said online shop who complained regarding the fragile item he ordered because the way that the delivery personnel brought it to his home is unexpected.
On the CCTV footage which was shared on the Facebook Page of Philippines CCTV & DASH CAM Spotted, the delivery personnel just threw the said fragile item ordered from Lazada.
After throwing the item, the delivery man just left.
It turned out that the said item was a hard disk but it was thrown like a newspaper inside the fence.
According to the post which was courtesy of netizen ‘Nathan Siew’, the man who delivered it did not honk even though the customer was just at home.
It was also stated that the said customer already demanded for a refund of the fragile item he ordered and the online shopping company is processing the matter.
Due to the CCTV footage which showed how a delivery man from Lazada delivered a fragile item, netizens expressed their various reactions about this.
There are netizens who said that the delivery experience they had with the online shop was contrary to what was seen on the footage.
Netizen Fer Macarayo said that it was not how the company delivered their orders because the delivery man needed their signature as a proof that they received the item.
On the other hand, netizen Wilson Sabater shared that when their order arrived it was lacking one item and at first the delivery man refused to open the box to be checked.
There are also a lot of netizens who shared their disappointing stories regarding how Lazada delivered their orders.
