- Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Abra, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Kalinga, and Apayao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the influence of Easterlies.
Termination of the Southwest Monsoon

The strengthening of the high-pressure system over East Asia has led to a shift in weather patterns across the country, signaling the end of the Southwest Monsoon season.
