  • Zamboanga Peninsula, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi: Expect cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the Trough of a Low-Pressure Area (LPA). Flash floods or landslides may occur in areas experiencing moderate to heavy rainfall.
  • Metro Manila, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, and Bulacan: The Northeast Monsoon will bring cloudy skies with rains to these regions. Residents should remain alert for possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rainfall.
  • The rest of Luzon: Anticipate partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon. No significant impact is expected.
