  5. The rest of Luzon and Mindanao
    • Weather Condition: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms
    • Cause: Shear Line (Luzon) and ITCZ (Mindanao)
    • Impacts: Severe thunderstorms may trigger localized flash floods or landslides.
