Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, and Eastern Visayas
In Metro Manila, the remaining parts of Luzon, and Eastern Visayas, the forecast predicts partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms brought about by the easterlies. Though generally fair, these areas should remain vigilant for possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms, which can develop rapidly.
The rest of the country
For the remaining regions of the Philippines, including Mindanao and parts of the Visayas, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms are expected, caused by localized thunderstorms. Similar to other areas, severe thunderstorms may bring the risk of flash floods or landslides in vulnerable locations.

Luzon and Visayas
In Luzon and Visayas, light to moderate winds blowing from the northeast to east will prevail. Coastal waters in these areas are forecasted to be slightly moderate, with waves ranging from 0.6 to 2.1 meters. Mariners are advised to stay cautious, especially during weather disturbances.
Mindanao
Mindanao will experience light to moderate winds coming from the southeast to east, with slight to moderate coastal waters similar to Luzon and Visayas, also ranging from 0.6 to 2.1 meters in height.
Outlook for Specific Areas
- Eastern Visayas: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms due to the easterlies.
- Occidental Mindoro and Palawan (including Kalayaan Islands): Similar conditions are forecasted, with localized thunderstorms affecting these areas.
- Kalayaan Islands: Light to moderate winds from the northeast to east, with seas remaining slight to moderate.
