Facebook Philippines will open its office in Manila.
The social media giant Facebook Philippines announced that they will open their first office in the Philippines. Along with that, it was also announced that they are also hiring for different positions.

The Manila Times reported that the world’s largest social media sites is hiring an Outsourcing Partner Manager, Community Operations and Regional Product Marketing Manager. However, further details about the hiring was not yet announced.
On Wednesday, Facebook Vice President for Asia Pacific Dan Neary divulge that they are launching an office in the country. Faebook will open its office in the Philippines’ capital, Manila.
According to Neary, millions of people access Facebook through mobile every month which is more than 91 percent of the internet population. He added that Filipinos are creative and have strong sense of community.
“I’m excited to share that Facebook opened its first office in the Philippines today. Over 49M Filipinos access Facebook every month to connect with their friends and loved ones – this is over 91% of the internet population,” he wrote on his Facebook page.
Facebook Philippines will help people reach their goals by using the social media to promote their brand and products. The top social network will help small and big companies to do their business using the platform.
Digs Dimagiba will lead the Facebook Philippines. He recently served as the business director in the country for Samsung Electronics Company.
Facebook was founded by Mark Zuckerberg and was formally launched on February 2004. Its main headquarter is located in Menlo Park, California.
