Vice Ganda asked Ion about his favorite Japanese food.
VICE GANDA – The Kapamilya artists Vice Ganda and Anne Curtis were shocked to know Kuya Escort Ion’s favorite Japanese dish.
Kapamilya noontime show “Its Showtime” has definitely never failed to bring laughter to their viewers coming from the evident closeness as friends of the hosts and their unscripted funny conversations.
The current hosts of the show are Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, Amy Perez, Karylle, Mariel Padilla, Ryan Bang, Jugs Jugueta, and Teddy Corpuz.
Kuya escort Ion and Ate Girl Jacque are two personalities who rose to fame from the noontime show’s Miss Q & A segment where they would just be asked random questions by Vice Ganda and their interaction have always made the people laugh their heads off.
One time, Vice Ganda shared that Kuya Escort Ion used to work in Japan as a professional dancer, a matter of factly. Ion Perez was then asked what is his favorite food and that is when hosts Vice Ganda and Anne Curtis got shocked.
Ion shared that his favorite Japanese food is “Ramen”, a Japanese dish consisting of Chinese-style wheat noodles served in a meat or (occasionally) fish-based broth, often flavored with soy sauce or miso, and uses toppings such as sliced pork, nori (dried seaweed), menma, and scallions.
However, what shocked the host the most is not the answer of Kuya Escort but how he pronounced the famous Japanese dish. He pronounced it as “rey-men” instead of the common pronunciation “ra-men”.
Anne corrected him but he reasoned out that it is how the way they call it. Meanwhile, there is indeed a “Reimen” which is a cold noodle dish.
