Alex Gonzaga reacts to sister Toni Gonzaga’s first pregnancy.
Kapamilya actress and author Alex Gonzaga was made to react to her sister Multimedia star Toni Gonzaga who recently announced that she is pregnant with husband director Paul Soriano.
In an exclusive interview with Push, the “Game ng Bayan” host said that she is very happy for her sister. She is also excited to welcome the new member of their family.
“Happy ako dahil kasal naman sila so okay ‘yun sa akin. Ako ‘yung unang sinabihan ng ate ko pero for me nabigla kami kasi sabi niya after a year pa pero it’s a blessing pa din. So wala, I’m just happy,” she said.
Toni Gonzaga announced that she is pregnant on the longest-running Sunday variety show “ASAP” on Sunday. She added that it took her some time to reveal the news because she is waiting for the approval of her physician.
“And I am so happy that, finally, our love story ay nagbunga na.” she said.
During the announcement, Toni was joined by Alex Gonzaga, Luis Manzano and Piolo Pascual. She also thanked her sister for supporting her and for being her training ground in raising a kid.
Toni Gonzaga cleared that she will continue to work as she still have projects to do. However, she will just take it slow.
In February, it was reported that the older Gonzaga is pregnant. During an interview with “Tonight With Boy Abunda,” Toni refused to confirm the news.
