Billy Crawford Reveals Side On Robin Padilla Asking Korean PGT Contestant To Speak in Tagalog
BILLY CRAWFORD – Kapamilya singer and television host Billy Crawford revealed his side on Robin Padilla’s act towards a Korean contestant in Pilipinas Got Talent season 6.
PGT judge Robin Padilla’s move to ask Korean contestant Jiwan Kim to speak in Tagalog gathered various reactions from viewers. There were those who supported Binoe stressing that the contestant has already lived in the Philippines for several years while there were those who bashed the action star for his act.
Based on a report, Jiwan Kim’s Filipina girlfriend has recently expressed their appreciation towards the love and support that they are receiving following the appearance of her boyfriend on the PGT stage.
During Jiwan’s performance, PGT judge Angel Locsin was the one who tried to balance the situation. She even helped the Korean contestant speak to Robin in Tagalog.
After Jiwan has showcased his talent in doing magic, Robin clarified his side to the Korean contestant referring to his move like a fatherly act towards a son.
Based on a recent report in Pep, in an interview with the source, PGT host Billy Crawford expressed that he understands both the side of Robin Padilla and the side of the contestant.
“Pero sa akin, of course, ang inaalagaan namin ni Toni ay ang contestants… We just wanna be there, just to show support to the contestants,” he said.
According to him, what happened already lies between Robin and Jiwan and he cannot speak for either of them.
“Si Kuya Binoe, ang pinalabas lang naman niya ay payong ama, di ba? Di ba, niyakap niya after?” the PGT host said.
Based on the report, when asked about the atmosphere in the studio during that time, Billy Crawford admitted that they really felt tense.
