Arnel Pineda revealed that The Voice Philippines offered him as one of the coaches along with Lea Salonga, Bamboo, and Sarah Geronimo.
“I’m very very willing to do that,” he said as he was preparing for his upcoming Valentine’s Day concert “Let It Love, Let It Rock” together with Yeng Constantino.
“Actually galit na nga ata sa akin ang mga taga ‘The Voice Ph’, na invite na ako before pero hindi ko lang magampanan talaga,” he added. “Gustong gusto ko talaga.“
As one of his dreams to become one of the judges of The Voice PH, he wanted to share his expertise with the new generation of singers.
“Kasi I have so much to share, kasi ‘yung pinanggalingan ko tubong lugaw (rin) talaga,” he said. “Kasi ‘yung mga sumasali sa singing search they trying their best na kahit mahirap lang sila katulad ko, talagang ang lalakas ng loob nila.”
As the new edition of The Voice Philippines teens edition will set to air in the future, he didn’t set aside the possibility of being part of it.
“I don’t know kung hinihintay pa nila ako or baka nagsawa na sila or they don’t want me anymore,” he said. “Kasi talagang depende sa time e, like next year, mag start na kami mag tour starts May to September.“
