Kris Aquino shared on her blog the reason why she related her experiences in life to the song of international singer Mariah Carey.
Former TV host/actress Kris Aquino penned a blog wherein she related the story of her life to the song of international hit maker Mariah Carey.
Kris was referring the theme song of the singer which is entitled ‘Can’t Take That Away and she also put the same title on her latest blog entry.
The former presidential daughter narrated that she would not speak on behalf of her family because as political entities, her parents and brother have their own knowledge, experience and victories and those were theirs alone.
However, she pointed out that she also has her on fair share of life’s ups and downs and she revealed where she drew her strength to continue.
The Queen of all Media also narrated the times when she had to face the decision of her previous home network not to take her back and because of that she realized the value of the word “accountability”.
“In 20 years of working in my previous home network- I was not perfect. I had my share of exhaustion related tantrums, of moments na yumabang na ako, and unprofessionalism coming from personal heartbreak and heartaches,” Kris admitted in her blog.
One thing that she also admitted was the fact that she still gets hurt from all the bashings that are being thrown to her.
“Yes- the PAG-AALIPUSTA, PAGPAPAHIYA, and PANINIRA can still sting. But it doesn’t have the same bite because I have already confronted my shortcomings, in fact most of the details they feel they have unearthed, came from me & my tell-all interviews- and I have done my damnedest to rise above them,” the mother of Bimby and Josh said on her blog.
The social media influencer said that she is now in the point of her life wherein she can proudly say that she is KRIS.
Through all that she has experienced, Kris said that for some reasons, she came about to Mariah Carey’s theme which gave her a certain empowerment.
