Heart Evangelista is finally making her dream of having an animal welfare facility come true.
HEART EVANGELISTA – The Kapuso actress Heart Evangelista is now making her first steps in making her dream to have an animal welfare facility come true which will be built in Sorsogon.
The Kapuso actress Heart Evangelista have always had a soft heart for animals especially dogs. She has this Aspin dog named Panda who is also just as famous as her and even more stylish compared to others rocking those Yves Saint Laurent scarves and lying in an Hermes blanket. “Sky’s the limit” indeed when it comes to spoiling her fur babies.
She had fostered numerous dogs in her home and finding the best parent for them. But its only with Pan-Pan that she cried to her husband as she gave her up but eventually got the dog back to her care. She has been an ambassador of the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) for 13 years now and an advocate of animal adoption.
“So Pan-pan was one of them and then nakuha na siya pero nagkaroon ako ng feeling na hindi ko pala kayang ibigay so iniyakan ko pa si Chiz kasi ang dami na naming aso sa bahay. So binalik ng kumuha sa kanya si Pan-pan and then nabalik siya sa akin,” she shared.
Now, dreaming of having an animal welfare facility, she is now making her first steps to it which will be built in Sorsogon and she couldn’t get any happier about it.
Here’s what Evangelista wrote in her post sharing the good news to her followers:
As you all know, I’ve always had a soft spot for animals and it’s a dream of mine to be able to do more to champion their welfare. This will be the site of one special endeavour that is near and dear to my heart— building a facility which provides services such as spaying, neutering, tagging and shots, and a community that welcomes animals and treats them with love. This is step one and I am already brimming with excitement for this special project and I can’t wait to finally turn this dream into reality! Doing this one step at a time until we get there.
