In a previous news report, it is stated that the Marcos family wishes for the late dictator’s burial to be peaceful. Just today, the burial happened to the surprise of the public as no prior announcements were made. Several reactions followed straight after the news about it broke.
Despite that the public is aware of the Supreme Court’s decision to allow the burial of the late dictator at the resting ground for heroes and presidents, no exact date of the interment was announced.
Several personalities have already expressed their disappointment over the surprise burial of Marcos Sr. Philippine Vice Pres. Leni Robredo and Sen. Risa Hontiveros were two of those who have already spoken about the issue.
