Face your palms against you and place your thumb on the pad of your finger and forefinger to the other side close to your cuticle. Squeeze and hold the tip of each finger and press it firmly for 1 to 3 minutes. Then, softly massage the area. Do the same on every finger.
HEADACHES AND MIGRAINES
You can facilitate the pain from migraines and headaches by focusing on the area at the base on your fingernails. Focus on the index and the webbing between the index finger and thumb.
UPSET STOMACH
Warm up your whole thumb by massaging it. It will affect to the stomach and spleen meridians. As well as, you can press directly in the center of your palm.
PAIN IN THE NECK AND TENSION
Begin by massaging from the middle part between the knuckle at the top against the base of the finger. Do this on every finger on both hands.
FATIGUE
Massage the whole area of your hand with a soft pressure. Then, press directly the point on your middle finger just under and on the side of your nail on the side closest toward the index finger.
SORE THROAT AND COLD
Massage the whole thumb and warm it. You can put pressure for a longer period on the meaty part of the web of your hand. Furthermore, apply a specific pressure to the thumb on the tissue that can be found inside your nail.
ABDOMINAL PAIN AND MENSTRUAL CRAMPS
Massage softly the whole hand and then press directly on the point on your index finger just under and on the side of your nail on the side closest to your thumb.
Another location that you need to massage directly is the point that can be found on your small finger just away from the nail on the cuticle line toward the outside.
First, begin by pressing your hands together for a minute to boost the sensitivity of your hands and as well as the energy. Massage softly by using the thumb and fingers of your opposite hand to warm the skin up.
Next, using the opposite fingers and thumb, press firmly the area of interest. For 1-5 minutes hold it and repeat as needed, or recommended each day to get rid of this problem.
Hold for 3-5 seconds for gentle areas. Keep the pressure and begin slowly massaging in small clockwise circles for 5 minutes. Then, give that area a small break. Using this massage, try to move the tissue, not merely rubbing the skin. Massage firmly again and then take a break. Repeat the process 5 times.
