There are also certain exercises that can help relieve body pain. Particularly, for the back pain, here are the feet exercises that you can try. Remember to do a warm-up before doing any kind of exercise.
Toe press
All you have to do is to stand straight and bend the knees slightly and reach your toes. Do this for about 5 seconds and then do 10 repetitions. Repeat this exercise 3 times every day for best results.
Upward stretches
Lie your back flat on the floor and stretch your legs in front of you. Wrap a towel around one foot and raise it up. Make sure your knee is straight while you are doing this routine. Then, pull your knee over the head slowly. Remain in this position for 30 seconds and then repeat the routine to the other leg.
Stretch your toes
Sit on a chair and place your left leg on your right thigh and grab your toes with your right hand. Then, shake them up and down and stretch them on the side for 10 seconds. Stop, rest for a while and then repeat three more times with each foot.
Ankle rotation
Lie flat on the floor or you can do this on your bed and then stretch one leg up. Rotate your ankle in one direction for 15 seconds and continue in the other direction for 15 more seconds. Repeat the same procedures to the other ankle. Aside from the relief that your joint will have, this exercise is also is good for knees, ankles, and hips.
Tennis ball massage
