Signs and symptoms that your body is lack of water. Naturally our body was composed of 70 percent water so it means our physical body cannot survive a few days without water.
Our body depends on water each day we must consume a certain amount of water in order to survive. We do not only depend on food or air but we are more dependent in water.
Age and gender varies the amount of water do we have to take in a day. For adult male needs for at least 3 liters per day while adult female need at least 2.2 liters of water per day. This amount of water we got when we eat food but the large percentage is when we drink.
