Kiko Pangilinan Asked Duterte’s Declaration of State of Lawlessness
Kiko Pangilinan asked Duterte’s declaration of “State of Lawlessness” if the rate of crime in the country have already decreased.
On Tuesday (September 06, 2016) Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan asked for clarification to President Rodrigo Duterte regarding his declaration of “State of Lawlessness”. The president declared it due to lawless violence happening in the country.
In June 2016 the Philippine National Police (PNP) claimed that the rate of criminality in the country has gone down since Duterte takes over the position as president. So the senator questioned Duterte’s declaration regarding the statement of the PNP.
The daily crime average in the Philippines has gone down to 49 percent since July as the Director for Investigation and Detective Management showed the report.
