It was his rival Binay who first challenged him to take the psych test, following a TV Patrol report about the Davao City Mayor’s annulment with former wife Elizabeth Zimmerman. It was quoted that Duterte is suffering from “Antisocial Narcissistic Personality Disorder” or “extreme self-conceit.”

In an interview with the press and ABS-CBN News, Duterte challenged also his rivals to take the pyschological test including the poll commissioner Rowena Guanzon.

“Lahat kami. Why are you zeroing in on me? Lahat kami, pati si Rowena [Guanzon]. She must submit herself to a physical, mental aptitude test. Who is she? Kasi Comelec ka? Screw you,” he said.

Guanzon earlier reacted to Duteterte’s controversial “joke” about an Australian missionary who lost her life through a sensitive incident. She said that she will propose Code of Conduct for the candidates.

Duterte was recently criticized on social media sites over the controversial statement. He already apologized, but he stressed that he is not apologizing to a particular individual or group.

Meanwhile, his running mate, vice presidential candidate and senator Alan Cayetano defended also Duterte. He said that it is unfair to judge the tough-talking politician based on a psychological report, according to Rappler.
