Egypt Air Flight Remains A Mystery
Egypt Air flight from Paris to Cairo mysteriously disappeared and is still under investigation, but authorities said the incident might have something to do with t3rrorism.
The Egyptian airline from Paris to Cairo carrying sixty-six people aboard crash3d unexpectedly in the middle of the flight, located in Mediterranean Sea, this Thursday.
No sign of surviving passengers nor crew. Egypt Air Flight 804, Airbus A320, having fifty-6 passengers and ten crew, including the pilot, gone down halfway in between Greek island of Crete and the coastline.
The said airbus took off from Charles de Gaulle Airport, according to authorities.
Defense Mnister Panos Kammenos stated that the plane was spinning around before being lost and vanished through the air at around 2:45 in the morning, Cairo time.
He also said it had a 90-degree spin to the left, then a 360-degree spin to the right, 38,000 to 15,000 feet above the ground, but no reports of any rainy weather during the time.
Greek and Egyptian officials searched with the help of ships and planes, with additional help from other countries.
Thursday night came, but no debris nor life vests and other materials found yet by researches and investigators.
Sherif Fathi, Civil Aviation Minister said that the accid3nt is till under investigation and being vocal about a possible terr0rism behind it.
Chief of Russia’s top domestic security agency, Alexander Bortnikov, also said: “In all likelihood it was a terror attack.”
Major General Robert Latiff, a retired U.S Air Force and expert on aerospace systems at University of Notre Dame said: “sabotage is possible, and if there were lax controls at airports and loose hiring and security policies, increasingly likely.”
He also told the reporters that he had doubts on the possible cockpit struggle, that they would have been triggered the alarm if things went wrong.
This may be possible, since it had one incident last March, Egypt Air was hijack3d and redirected to Cyprus instead.
