Alma Moreno on Her Parody Twitter Account: ‘Tama Na.’
Parody Twitter Account Surfaced. Following his controversial interview with veteran news anchor Karen Davila, Actress and Senatorial Candidate Alma Moreno continuously received mockeries especially when a parody account appeared on Twitter.
On Wednesday, she admitted that she was hurt by the parody account that ridiculed her on the social media site and blasted the people behind the fake account.
“Masyado naman ako pinaglalaruan. Masyado naman ako binabastos na. Masakit,” Moreno said on DZMM’s interview.
Night after the election, the parody account posted another status “I conceive! Good night!”
“Ano ba naman to? Talo na nga ako, ano pa nginingitngit nito? Bakit kailangan ako maliin nang maliin? Kung anu-ano pinaglalagay. Tama na.” she pleaded.
However, Moreno added that she will pray whoever behind the parody account revealing that she had already taken steps to take down the account.
As of Wednesday night, the account was already suspended.
Asked if she is depressed by the outcome of the elections, Moreno said she is depressed adding that she accepted her defeat and hopeful that his son Vandolph won as councilor in Paranaque.
Despite no longer holding any public office, she said that she will still continue service in the community in whatever she could help.
She then thanked all her supporters especially the more than 2 million votes she got while running as senator.
