Culion actress Meryll Soriano has spoken a piece of her mind regarding the possibility that her father Wowowin host Willie Revillame will get married again.
Meryll shared in a recent interview her opinion about the love life of her father. She said “Naku sana ‘wag na!” when asked about the possibility that Willie and his rumored young girlfriend might tie the knot eventually. “Huwag na siyang magpakasal kasi mahirap, puwede naman basta aalagaan siya nang husto,” she added.
Based on the article from Bandera, the actress was also asked if she will agree that her father and his future spouse will have a prenup agreement, she said, “of course!”. “Pero si papa, matalino ‘yun, alam niya lahat, hindi ko na siya kailangang payuhan, tinanong n’yo lang ako kaya sumagot ako na gusto ko ng prenup,” Meryll explained.
When it comes to the wealth of the Wowowin host, the actress shared that she was already told to take over the business. However, Meryll said that she is not ready yet since managing a business is not her forte. “Wala akong talent sa business, sa pelikula ang forte ko, ito ang gusto kong gawin,” she said.
However, Meryll Soriano accepts that no matter what she will do, eventually, she must take over. “Eventually, ako rin naman ang gagawa pero as of now, wala pa hindi pa ako well-equipped para sa negosyo kaya dito muna ako sa pelikula,” she shared.
Based on the article, the actress is set to do another movie again next year. Meryll said that the movie is about postpartum depression inspired by the movie of Brooke Shields titled Down Came the Rain in 2005. She shared that she went through this kind of phase in her life.
