Robin Padilla’s application for the US Visa has been denied for many times because of his criminal record in the Philippines.
Robin Padilla is in great worry while he and his wife, Mariel Rodriguez Padilla, are expecting their baby, as his US visa application has been denied again.
Robin is still unable, though he has been trying for several years in the making, to get a US Visa that has been repeatedly denied because of some legal impediments in the Philippines.
This puts him in uncertainty to be able to be with Mariel as she gives birth to their first child on November. The baby, whose name has not yet been revealed, is another baby girl in Binoe’s family tree.
But according to reports before the gender of the baby was confirmed, the couple decided to name their firstborn “Maria” if it is a girl, coined from Mariel’s name, while “Fernando” of it is a boy, from Robin’s real name, Robinhood Fernando.
Under the American law, whoever who has been imprisoned may not be able to get a US visa anymore.
The dubbed as “bad boy of Philippine movies” was convicted for illegal possession of firearms in 1997 and was sentenced of upto 21 years of imprisonment but was able to get conditional pardon from then President Fidel V. Ramos.
