0 to 3 months or newborns
Newly-born babies are sleeping almost all day. Babies usually consume 14 to 17 hours a day for seven days sleeping.
4 to 11 months or infants
In this stage, babies tend to rest for 12-15 hours but they can be awake for the sixth hour for their necessities.
1 to 2 years old or toddlers
This time, a child is beginning to be active and sleeping routine may vary depending on their activities but usually, they sleep for 11 to 14 hours.
3 to 5 years old or preschoolers
The sleep of children in this age bracket ranges from 10 to 13 hours. Though they are now busy in school, it is important to have scheduled sleep in order for them not to be cranky.
6 to 13 years old or school-age
