Inday Sara on controversial statement of Pres. Duterte: “Do not listen to him interpret the Bible or Quoran”
Davao City Mayor and presidential daughter Sara Duterte called out to the public regarding the controversial statement of President Rodrigo Duterte about “God”.
The issue went controversial as members of the Catholic church and other religious organizations reacted to it.
In the midst of the heated issue, Inday Sara expressed her thoughts about it through her recent Instagram post.
The Davao City Mayor plead to the public not to listen to the Chief Executive of the Philippines when it comes to the interpretation of the Bible or Quoran.

Inday Sara also stressed out that her father is not a priest, a pastor or an imam. She wanted people to judge Duterte based on his work as a President.
“Criticize him on his work not on his “talkkalese”,” the Mayor said.

She also said that people should not waste their negative energy on Duterte’s interpretation of the Holy Scripture.
The presidential daughter said that what her father stated was his opinion.
“He is protected by the Constitutional right to freedom of speech and expression even if he is President,” Sara Duterte said in her post.
With this, Inday Sara also revealed that she is the favorite child of his father even though she hates to admit it.
She wanted to stress out that President Duterte “doesn’t like lies not in the gender, but in the character.”
According to the Mayor, the President has no respect for weakness and this extends to men and women who act like damsel in distress.
