Foreigners React to Duterte’s Comment

Another from Duterte – Facebook user Politikang Ina Mo posted a very controversial video captioned, “How Foreigners React to Duterte’s Comments Sikat na sikat na si Duterte!.” The said post is now receiving a lot of comments, both positive and negative and is now has 1, 214, 718 views and still counting with 16, 181 shares and counting.

As the video goes, selected foreigners were watching Duterte’s controversial videos. “As they are watching the video, Olivia from France as seen in the video reacted saying “Is he drunk? (laughing) I think he’s drunk.”

Dan from England also reacted on the video saying Duterte is a bit child-like and quite amateurish. He even added, “I’d imagine that they’re his sort of supporters. They’re just as bad as he is, really.”

Mosses from South Korea said, “You know I think [they’re] trying to criticize their own country. He might be trying to [bring] justice in the Philippines, but it [won’t] be justice.”

Mosses even added that it would be making more trouble because of what Duterte is trying to do.

Olivia even reacted to Duterte as being a womanizer, adding that in the so-called diplomacy when you have to be very careful of what you said because if we bring it back to politics

Dan concluded that he doesn’t like Duterte.

Keosha from the USA said, “Seems pretty chauvinistic. This is backwards. For a while, he’s reminded me of Donald Trump.”

She even added to her comment saying, “So for him [Duterte] to have those type of thoughts and say those things, and he was Mayor when he said this? I don’t know man. I see sanctions coming and possibly China to spread its dominance in the area.”

“When he’s kissing other girls and roaming around, he’s really low-educated thinker,” Moses from South Korea said.

In the end of the interview, Olivia from France close it by saying, “So it’s a lot of showing off, but not with how [he’s] going to do it. So everyone is responsible, everyone is part of it, right. It’s all our responsibility.”

Duterte Slams Trillanes During a Rally in Manila (Video)

Duterte has something to say against Trillanes.

Tough-talking presidential candidate Rodrigo Duterte lambasted Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV during a rally in Pandacan, Manila.

“I don’t know him. I only met him twice,” he said during the campaign sortie.

According to the Davao City mayor, he met with the Nationalista Party vice presidential candidate last April 2015 wherein Trillanes discussed to him a possibility of running together.

“Nag-usap kami gusto niya maging presidente sa akin, ay vice, sabi ko, hindi ka pwede, madumi ang record mo. Sa militar, pinag-iinsulto mo pa yung mga heneral,” he noted.

A report of Inquirer.net also noted that the 71-year-old politician also sighted reasons why the former Navy officer is not deserving to win the vice presidential title in the upcoming 2016 elections set on May 9.

He stated that Senator Trillanes does not deserve the post after staging a coup d’etat which became popular all over the world and even caught the attention of numerous international media groups.

“I know the purpose. Para nasa news siya, baka sakali manalo siya,” he said. “That’s Trillanes. Be careful with that idiot,” he added.

The Davao City Mayor who’s running for the highest post in the land drew flak on various social media platforms and was heavily criticized by women’s groups and the church and other presidential contenders over his controversial remark to an incident that happened in 1989 which involved an Australian missionary.

Duterte has already made a public apology with regards to his remarks. Although, there are some who have accepted his apology yet there are groups including the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) who condemned his remark.

Popular Rock Diva Ruby Rose Mauanay Villanueva or popularly known as Mystica has already apologized to Davo City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte. She made headlines earlier this month after slamming the PDP-Laban presidential candidate’s platform.

In a video uploaded on YouTube, Mystica said that she changed her mind after watching the video showing Mayor Rodrigo aftermath the Super typhoon Yolanda. It was only then she saw the real Duterte.

The performer also said that she want to get back the words she said against Mayor Rodrigo. She also realized that the tough-talking politician has a good heart.

“I can’t believe dahil lang po sa kagagawan ng media, natakpan po nila na ang katulad nya [Duterte] ang makakapagbigay ng freedom at demokrasya sa ating bansa. I swear to God.. babawiin ko po ang mga nabitiwan kong salita against sa kanya [Duterte],” she said.

Mystica earlier appealed to the public to stop bashing her. According to her, she received a lot of criticisms after she vent out her anger on social media, particularly Facebook. She also revealed that she lost a lot of supporters for uploading the video.

In a clip she first uploaded, Mystica was seen criticizing Duterte and questioning his capability to lead the country. She also doesn’t believe that he can stop corruption and unlawful acts in three to six months.

Mayor Rodrigo Duterte became infamous for saying that he will end crime and unlawful doings in just six months after he was elected as the president.
