Noli De Castro Allegedly Discriminates Geraldine Roman
ABS-CBN expert newscaster and Former Vice President of the Philippines Noli De Castro is now making a buzz for his discriminatory remark towards proclaimed First Legislative District of Bataan Representative Geraldine Roman, a transw0man during his DZMM radio program.
Noli De Castro is popularly known as “Kabayan” have retired already from his political career six years ago. He decided to go back to his passion which is broadcasting saying that you are much liberated outside politics.
Geraldine Roman made a history in the Philippine politics for being the first ever transw0man in the congress of the Republic of the Philippines. Short after the proclamation, global new leaders have released their news articles about the first Transgender Politician in the country.

Recently, the LGBT world and the politics have been a hot topic worldwide. Few months ago, the Philippine icon and boxing pride, Sarangani Representative and now elected Senator Manny Pacquiao expressed his thoughts on same –s3x marriage where he unintentionally made a statement towards the LGBT community, tagging same-s3x marriage as an animalistic act.
The issue has been making a buzz not only locally but also internationally receiving negative feedbacks asserting some frustrations and disappointments to Pacquiao.
May 11, 2016, in the morning during a live radio program, Noli De Castro allegedly commented on Geraldine Roman’s congressional position saying, “Hindi sya woman, hindi sya man, e di congressperson.”
And just like Manny Pacquiao, the veteran broadcaster received negative feedbacks on all social media sites.
