This condition occurs when your body overreacts to certain allergens such as plant pollen. Because of this, you may feel lots of congestion, sneezing, and itching. Although there are several available over-the-counter medicines that are intended for this condition but you can also add certain foods to your diet to alleviate seasonal allergy.

GINGER

Aside from this, fatty acids also help decrease the narrowing of airways that occurs in asthma and what is happening if one has a seasonal allergy, according to a recent study.
