President Duterte Praises Japan But Criticize US And EU For Their Criticism
President Rodrigo Duterte lashed out the United States and the European Union once again but praises Japan for their assistance in the Philippines.
On Tuesday (October 25, 2016), President Duterte had already arrived in Japan for his three-day state visit. Japanese Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida greeted the Philippine president upon his arrival in a Japanese restaurant in Tokyo.
The president has his speech in front of more than 1, 200 members of Filipino Community in Japan. Due to immunity from suit Duterte was not afraid even if his critics would file cases against him and called U.S a bully.
Earlier, the president releases distasteful remarks against the US for criticizing his war on illegal drugs amid Extra Judicial Killings (EJK). Duterte also threatens America to withdraw their financial assistance and dares to cut the ties between the two countries.
